Panasonic and Delos China Join Forces to Accelerate Research and Demonstration of the Well Living Space
On March 6, 2019, Panasonic Life Solutions Company (Panasonic) and Delos China (Name: Delos (Beijing) Construction Technology Co., Ltd. Head Office: Beijing) signed a strategic cooperation agreement to accelerate healthy environment research and demonstration for residential and office living space in China. Both parties, Panasonic and Delos China, have committed to utilize their knowledge and technologies to study the relationship between human health and indoor environments, accelerate research in healthy living spaces, and help people live a healthier and happier live in the future. From now on, Panasonic will cooperate with the "Well Living Laboratory (China)" set up by Delos China in Beijing to conduct data-based experiments in an experimental space with Panasonic products on the topic of how cutting-edge environmental solutions impact human health. Panasonic commit to research on the healthy living space, and its solution is based on the updated international building standards on health and building, including the well-known WELL building standard. Panasonic started to collaborate with Delos since 2017, to research and the demonstrate healthy living spaces. Through this cooperation in China, Panasonic will expand the depth of cooperation with Delos in healthy living space.

Comparison and verification of
digital simulations and empirical experiments
By importing building data to BIM Design Simulation using design aided software, comparison and verification are proceeded for testing data and simulation data in Well Living Lab. The verification result will be the feedback for design support software, which can be used for simulation software update. In addition, it will also be used in the development of air conditioners and lighting equipment.
